LAS VEGAS – Bryan Battle thinks he’s made a ton of progress in his evolution as a fighter, and he can’t wait to show that on Saturday. “The Ultimate Fighter 28” winner Battle (11-2 MMA, 5-1 UFC) returns in the co-main event of UFC Fight Night 239 in a welterweight matchup against Ange Loosa (10-3 MMA, 2-1 UFC) at the UFC Apex (ESPN+). He sees the matchup as the perfect opportunity to show the UFC and its fans how much better he’s gotten since his previous trip to the octagon. “He’s a good person to showcase my skills,” Battle said at Wednesday’s UFC Fight Night 239 media day. “Since I got to the UFC, there are a lot of areas I’ve improved in and a lot of places I’ve gotten better. Since the last fight, there are a lot of places I’ve improved in and someone this tough, someone this good, really gives me a chance to show everyone how much better I’ve gotten.” You can check out Battle’s full media day scrum in the video above.
