What happens after that, however, depends – if former welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre (23-2 MMA 19-2 UFC) wishes, for instance, Bisping (29-7 MMA, 19-7 UFC) will be happy to grab a celebratory beer and head right back to the gym. Speaking to fans and media after an open workout session ahead of Saturday’s UFC 204, Bisping said that, while he’d gladly take on the scrap, “GSP” is the one who hasn’t been backing the callouts. “I’ve never turned down a fight in my life,” Bisping said
