That day was at the weigh-ins for UFC 177, the day before he was supposed to rematch Barao, a few months after dominating him to take the bantamweight title. Barao, infamously, struggled to make weight, had a trip to the hospital and was pulled from the card and replaced by Joe Soto. That left Dillashaw, in his first title defense, to adjust on the fly for a new opponent this past August. But if there was bad blood between the Team Alpha Male standout and Barao, it’s – mostly – water under the bridge now.
