Even he seems to understand that the consensus from the outside looking in is that he’s the proverbial lamb to the slaughter against one of the most highly hyped young fighters in UFC history, Sage Northcutt (6-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC). But Pfister (12-4-1 MMA, 1-1 UFC) believes Northcutt, and the rest of the doubters – Northcutt is as much as a 14-1 favorite – have another thing coming on Thursday at UFC Fight Night 80.
