Conor McGregor appeared in a Dublin court Thursday and was charged with six traffic violations. McGregor was charged with two counts of dangerous driving, as well as four additional counts for driving without a license and insurance, and failing to produce proof of the same. According to a report from Dublin Live , McGregor attorney Michael Staines told the court his client’s driver’s license and proof of insurance have been shown to Ireland police officials. The 33-year-old McGregor, a former two-division UFC champion, was arrested March 22 in Dublin and detained after he was pulled over in his $187,000 Bentley Continental GT. A statement at the time from the Gardai, Ireland’s national police, did not name McGregor due to the country’s strict privacy laws, but confirmed an arrest was made of a man for dangerous driving. A McGregor representative issued a statement saying he was stopped by police while on the way to the gym for “alleged road traffic violations.
