For “Cowboy” Cerrone (27-6 MMA, 14-3 UFC), currently slated to face Khabib Nurmagomedov (22-0 MMA, 6-0 UFC) at UFC 187 on May 23, it’s simply a matter of staying true to himself. He’s even adjusted his schedule to one of near constant training to facilitate his somewhat extreme lifestyle. “I stay training year-round,” Cerrone told MMAjunkie. “I don’t really have a camp. I don’t do an eight-week or 12-week camp.
