SAN ANTONIO – Cub Swanson ‘s hand speed was on neon display at the end of an open workout in support of Saturday’s UFC Fight Night 44. Before a handful of fans gathered at the Grand Hyatt in downtown San Antonio, boxing coach Joel Diaz asked the UFC featherweight if he was ready. The two paused for a second, marshaling their focus.
