With three straight wins over two former champions and a recent title challenger, Anthony Smith is making a case as one of the world’s best light heavyweights. Smith (31-13 MMA, 7-3 UFC) this past Saturday submitted Volkan Oezdemir (15-3 MMA, 3-2 UFC) in the UFC Fight Night 138 main event at SMG Moncton in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. And in the process, he made a solid case that he should be in consideration for a title shot in the near future
