Much has been made of Michael “Venom” Page being removed from the UFC roster. The showman failed to replicate his early career entertainment factor inside the octagon, almost point-fighting his way to wins during his time under the UFC banner. From the outside, having a striker with a 5-1 record inside the company, with his single defeat coming against former title challenger Ian Machado Garry , seems like a no-brainer to keep around once his contract expires.
