Herman, 30, is being charged with resisting law enforcement with a vehicle, battery, and neglect of a dependent – all “level 6″ felonies – and resisting law enforcement, a misdemeanor, according to an incarceration sheet released by the DeKalb County Police Department. Herman is being held without bond at the Dekalb County (Ind.) Jail. A call to the department’s sheriff was not immediately returned, but a rep from the Dekalb County prosecutor’s office said the fighter will be formally charged today
