But the 30-year-old said he needed some downtime after appearing on “The Ultimate Fighter: Brazil 3,” which took a toll on his body. He said it was apparent before his December bout at UFC Fight Night 58, where he knocked out Igor Pokrajac. “By the time I fought Igor, I was still dealing with a few small injuries from ‘TUF,’ from the preparation I underwent to make it into the show,” he told MMAjunkie
