Poirier (17-4 MMA, 9-3 UFC), after a first-round knockout win against Diego Ferreira this past Saturday at UFC Fight Night 63, will meet Yancy Medeiros (11-2 MMA, 2-2 UFC) at UFC Fight Night 68 in Louisiana. UFC officials announced the new bout today. UFC Fight Night 68 takes place June 6 at Smoothie King Center in New Orleans. Broadcast plans have not yet been announced, but the event is expected to air on a combination of FOX Sports 1 and UFC Fight Pass.
