Retired UFC champ B.J. Penn is now accused of assaulting and injuring an unknown male at a bar in Hawaii. Police are investigating an incident that took place this past Saturday at Kahale’s Bar in Kihei on the island of Maui. The male, 37, argued with Penn outside the bar and it escalated to physical violence, according to a press release, obtained by MMAjunkie, that was issued by the Maui County Police Department. The male “sustained injuries” and was taken to Maui Memorial Medical Center where he was treated and released. Police subsequently located Penn and arrested him
