UFC officials today announced de Randamie (5-3 MMA, 2-1 UFC) meets undefeated Danish fighter Anna Elmose (3-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC) at UFC Fight Night 87. UFC Fight Night 87 takes place May 8 at Ahoy Rotterdam in Rotterdam, Netherlands. The card is expected to air on FOX Sports 1 following early prelims on UFC Fight Pass, though the bout order hasn’t been finalized. De Randamie, a former Strikeforce fighter, enters the event on a 3-1 run. In her most recent bout, the 31-year-old Dutch fighter and former kickboxer rebounded from a TKO loss to Amanda Nunes with a TKO victory over Larissa Pacheco in March 2015
