So far, a sum of 25 wins in a 27-fight professional MMA career. For a boy who came to Rio de Janeiro from Manaus, Amazonas, with little more than airfare money, a passion for Brazilian jiu-jitsu and big-time aspirations, former UFC champ Jose Aldo ’s list of achievements is nothing short of impressive. Now add to that a biopic, “ Stronger Than the World ,” set for a release before his 30th birthday. Ending after his UFC title win over Mark Hominick, the feature doesn’t show the 13-second KO loss to current titleholder Conor McGregor that cost Aldo the belt. But for director Afonso Poyart, just because the chronology didn’t holt that particular storyline, it doesn’t mean it isn’t there.
