After all, if victorious at Saturday’s UFC Fight Night 82, he thinks he has a solid case for a title shot. Makovsky (19-6 MMA, 3-2 UFC), a former Bellator and RFA champion, told MMAjunkie Radio he can’t really consider himself a “world champion” unless he wins UFC gold.
