Whether fans are treated to an action-packed, all-time fight between two warriors, a one-sided slaughter, or even watching their favorite fighter get viciously knocked out in the first round, it’s hard not to sit down and enjoy the show. But one thing that may turn heads away from the screen, aside from a sluggish heavyweight hugging match, is the disturbing feel of a gruesome submission.
