UFC heavyweight Matt Mitrione expects to undergo surgery Monday for an orbital blowout fracture he suffered from a Travis Browne punch at UFC Fight Night 81. Mitrione said he is also suspended 180 days or until cleared by a doctor and expects to be in recovery four to five weeks, meaning he’ll be able to get back into the cage after a few months.
