Rizin Fighting Federation (Day 2) New Years Eve Event will take place at the Saitama Super Arena in Japan. It begins LIVE on Thursday Dec. 31st @ 1:05 AM Eastern Standard Time, and a delayed broadcast will air on Spike TV at 10:00 AM.
