There’s no guarantee Daniel Cormier will defend his UFC light-heavyweight title before retirement, but if he does, there will be no shortage of potential challengers. Since Cormier (21-1 MMA, 10-1 UFC) became a dual UFC champ with a first-round knockout of Stipe Miocic this past weekend at UFC 226, many fighters have called for a crack at his 205-pound belt. Alexander Gustafsson, Mauricio Rua, Anthony Smith, Yoel Romero and even Nick Diaz have put their names in the mix to challenge Cormier. Now Ilir Latifi (14-5 MMA, 7-3 UFC) is on the list.
