Brock Lesnar Staying put has not exactly been a trademark of Brock Lesnar ’s professional life. The hulking WWE world heavyweight champion and former UFC heavyweight titleholder broke from his tradition on Tuesday when he appeared on ESPN to announce he re-signed with WWE . The news came days ahead of WrestleMania 31, where Lesnar (5-3 MMA, 4-3 UFC) was to defend his title against Roman Reigns in a bout that had the potential to recall Lesnar’s awkward exit from his first WWE stint. At WrestleMania XX in 2004, Lesnar and opponent Bill Goldberg were nearly booed out of the building since it was known that it was the final WWE match for both.
