Consider Sarah Kaufman ’s return to Invicta FC a success, even if it wasn’t a finish as she hoped. Kaufman (19-4), fighting under the promotional banner for the first time since 2013, was relentless throughout her matchup with Pannie Kianzad (8-3), en route to a decisive win Saturday night, with the judges scoring it 30-27 three times in her favor. Kaufman-Kianzad served as the bantamweight main event for Invicta FC 27, which took place at Scottish Rite Temple in Kansas City, Mo., and streamed live on UFC Fight Pass. This one goes the distance! Does @mmasarah take the decision?
