LAS VEGAS – Joanna Jedrzejczyk plans on winning back the UFC strawweight belt in impressive fashion. The former champion takes on newly crowned champion Zhang Weili in the co-main event of Saturday’s UFC 248. Jedrzejczyk (16-3 MMA, 10-3 UFC) sees herself doing something that’s never been done in the UFC: dominate Weili (20-1 MMA, 4-0 UFC) in the octagon. “I want to make her quit,” Jedrzejczyk told reporters at the UFC 248 open workouts. “I’ve been through so many fights, this is my 14th fight in the UFC, 10th for the belt.
