Shortly after her last title defense, Joanna Jedrzejczyk had a venue and an opponent in mind. On Friday, UFC officials announced that she would get her wish. Jedrzejczyk will put her strawweight championship on the line against fellow Polish fighter Karolina Kowalkiewicz at UFC 205 on Nov. 12 at New York’s Madison Square Garden . Jedrzejczyk (12-0) has been nothing unshort of unstoppable since she arrived in the Octagon. She debuted in June of 2014 and won the strawweight championship just two fights later, making short work of then-champion Carla Esparza
