LAS VEGAS – Joe Pyfer is looking for a quick finish and some extra cash. Pyfer (9-2 MMA, 0-1 UFC) meets Alen Amedovski (8-3 MMA, 0-3 UFC) at Saturday’s UFC Fight Night 210 event at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. The card streams on ESPN+. Pyfer got high praise from Dana White after punching his ticket to the UFC through the Contender Series and will look to live up the hype when he faces the skidding Amedovski, who’s in search of his first octagon win. “I don’t have any ill will toward the guy, but as an opponent, I think I’m better everywhere,” Pyfer told reporters, including MMA Junkie, at Wednesday’s media day.
