UFC Fight Night 33 is an event that will be etched in history for quite some time due to the dramatic main event between Mark Hunt (9-8-1 MMA, 4-2-1 UFC) and Antonio Silva (18-5-1 MMA, 2-2-1 UFC) that ended in a majority draw. The main event capped off a spectacular night of fights from Brisbane, Australia, that saw three of the six main card bouts end by knockout with the remaining ones that went the distance producing plenty of action. Even though Hunt and Silva couldn’t determine a winner after 25 minutes of gut-wrenching battle, the other main-card winners left no question about the results of their respective contests. Ryan Bader (16-4 MMA, 9-4 UFC) cruised to an almost uncomfortably dominant win over Anthony Perosh (14-8 MMA, 4-5 UFC) in the night’s featured bout while Soa Palelei (20-3 MMA, 2-1 UFC), Clint Hester (9-3 MMA, 2-0 UFC) and Bethe Correia (7-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC) also earned solid wins.
