In an FX-televised preliminary-card bout at Mexico City Arena in Mexico, Case (21-5 MMA, 3-0 UFC) moved to 3-0 in the UFC – and extended his overall winning streak to 11 fights – after overcoming a deep first-round eye-poke and surviving for a dominant unanimous-decision victory over lightweight Francisco Trevino (12-1 MMA, 1-1 UFC).
