After a year off from fighting, Bellator featherweight Jordan Parsons picked up a third-round submission victory over Julio Cesar Neves Junior, but he wasn’t completely happy with the win. “I felt I didn’t perform at my best, to be honest,” Parsons told MMAWeekly.com. “Coming off a year (away), I didn’t really think it would affect me, but when I look back on the tape, I was a little hesitant with things and don’t feel I did as well as I could have.
