UFC flyweight John Moraga (15-3 MMA, 4-2 UFC) needs a new opponent on short notice, as Brazilian submission ace Jussier Formiga (17-3 MMA, 3-2 UFC) has been forced to withdraw from UFC on FOX 13. MMAjunkie today learned from sources close to the fighter that Formiga will not be able able to compete on the card.
