COCONUT CREEK, Fla. – Strength and conditioning coach Jeremy Fedoruk expects Kayla Harrison ’s performances to be even better once she commits to 145 pounds. Harrison (9-0), who currently competes at 155 pounds, made her featherweight debut this past November when she stopped Courtney King in the second round at Invicta FC 43. The 2019 PFL women’s lightweight champion admitted she was pleasantly surprised at how good she felt , acknowledging she’d have a size and strength advantage when competing at 145 pounds.
