When No. 7 ranked heavyweight Derrick Lewis was forced out of UFC Vegas 65 hours before he was supposed to face No. 12 ranked Sergey Spivak , light heavyweights Kennedy Nzechukwu and Ion Cuțelaba were moved to the fight card’s main event slot. Cutelaba entered the match hoping to stop a two-fight losing streak while Kennedy Nzechukwu looked to expand on a win in his last outing. With the opportunity to headline, Nzechukwu took full advantage.
