Filed under: News , UFC Would-be interim lightweight title challenger Khabib Nurmagomedov issued his first official statement following his scratch from this past Saturday’s UFC 209, apologizing for the turn of events that forced him out of a fight with Tony Ferguson . Nurmagomedov, who was removed from the card after he was hospitalized Thursday night before the pay-per-view event, said he’s now in good health.
