LaRue Burley is the type who prefers to look forward into the future of his fighting career, not dwell on the past. That can at times be easier said than done, though, especially when there are unanswered questions, such as the precise nature of why Burley (7-2) wasn’t kept on the Bellator roster despite a 3-0 start with the promotion. He wants to get back to that platform, though, and knows that begins with tonight’s LFA 11 co-headliner with James Nakashima (6-0). “If it was my decision and my choice, I would have probably stayed in Bellator,” Burley told MMAjunkie
