Cung Le The antitrust suit against the Las Vegas-based UFC will move forward for now after a Nevada judge on Friday denied the promotion’s motion to have the lawsuit dismissed. This past December, former UFC fighters including Jon Fitch , Nate Quarry and Cung Le were among the plaintiffs in a class-action lawsuit filed today in U.S. District Court’s Northern District of California San Jose Division. The class action suit alleges the UFC participated in anti-competitive practices that hindered fighters. (Read the full complaint online (.pdf)
