Just prior to Hall (6-2) earning a unanimous-decision victory over fellow flyweight prospect Souza (13-1), “The Ultimate Fighter 12″ winner Jonathan Brookins (14-7) arrived with no cornermen for his co-main event with bantamweight Austin Lyons (11-3). The fight, which aired on AXS TV from Mississippi’s Horseshoe Tunica Hotel & Casino, was competitive, and Brookins threatened with some submissions. But Lyons, a nearly 4-1 underdog, ultimately got the upset victory.
