Mark Hunt The main event of UFC Fight Night 65 will not go down as the finest moment of Mark Hunt ’s career, and he has the swollen face to prove it. Hunt (10-10-1 MMA, 5-4-1 UFC) took a huge beating from Stipe Miocic (13-2 MMA, 7-2 UFC) in their heavyweight fight. There were many on social media calling for the fight to be stopped in Round 3, but the bout continued to the final frame, when Miocic finally was able to get the referee to stop the fight at the 2:47 mark. Following the fight, Hunt posted a picture on Facebook showing the damage he took in the bout. “The old warhorse got beaten up sorry was to tired big mistake to be tired wen u facing the top end congrats stipe well done mate thanks for everyone’s support,” Hunt wrote.
