Former UFC and Pride champion Mauricio “Shogun” Rua squares off against Antonio Rogerio Nogueira at UFC 161 on June 15 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, in his quest to get back into title contention. Having alternated between wins and losses for the past several years, he’s taking this fight as seriously as ever, especially coming off of a loss to Alexander Gustafsson in his most recent trip to the Octagon. He’s been working with famed boxing coach Freddie Roach to sharpen up his striking skills in preparation for Nogueira.
