LAS VEGAS – Maycee Barber has some names in mind for her next UFC outing. Fresh of arguably her best career win, “The Future” is looking to take a step in competition and fight someone who’s reached championship level in the UFC. Barber (13-2 MMA, 8-2 UFC) would like to face former UFC strawweight champion Jessica Andrade or ex-title challenger Lauren Murphy. “We have several names in mind, and it will be interesting to see,” Barber told MMA Junkie Radio. “I like the Lauren Murphy fight, she’s ranked one above me. I like the idea of fighting Jessica Andrade.
