Michael Chandler knows Tony Ferguson is dangerous, but he expects to overwhelm him. Chandler (22-7 MMA, 1-2 UFC) is projected to be facing former interim lightweight champion Ferguson (25-6 MMA, 15-4 UFC) next. Both men will be looking to snap their current losing skids. Coming off a Fight of the Year barnburner against Justin Gaethje at UFC 268 this past November, Chandler thinks he’ll be a step ahead of Ferguson no matter where the fight goes. “I think my biggest advantage, I think I’m just basic and I’m going to keep a high pace … we know Tony can keep a high pace, but I think it’s going to be a little bit sharper,” Chandler told CBS Sports.
