Ciryl Gane answered some important questions about his career on Saturday when he defeated Serghei Spivac in the UFC Fight Night 226 main event. After a deflating loss to Jon Jones for the vacant heavyweight title in March, there was some mystery around how Gane (12-2 MMA, 9-2 UFC) would move forward in his career. He got a hometown headliner against Spivac (16-4 MMA, 7-4 UFC) at Accor Arena in Paris, and responded in resounding fashion with a second-round TKO to get back in the win column.
