Mike Perry took a beating at UFC on FOX 28 and wore it all over his face. Perry (11-3 MMA, 4-3 UFC) ate a lot of hard shots from heavy underdog Max Griffin (14-4 MMA, 2-2 UFC), en route to dropping a lopsided unanimous decision at Amway Center in his hometown of Orlando, Fla. It marked Perry’ second consecutive decision loss after previous back-to-back knockouts had us all hoping for big things from “Platinum.” Still, he was tough as nails against Griffin, and for a guy who exited the octagon cut up and bloodied, Perry had a great attitude about the whole thing (via Twitter) : Few lay it on the line like @PlatinumPerry , and he was gracious enough to share his battle wounds from #UFCOrlando and thank his fans! pic.twitter.com/ckjxVbq0Sj — FOX Sports: UFC (@UFCONFOX) February 26, 2018 “I will let you see how life hits sometimes.
