Mike “Quick” Swick announced his retirement from fighting via his Facebook page on Thursday. The Ultimate Fighter debut season participant returned to action after a year-and-a-half hiatus from fighting at UFC 189 on July 11, losing to Alex Garcia by unanimous decision.
