Undefeated Jairzinho Rozenstruik has gone from relative unknown to heavyweight contender in the span of one year. Suriname’s Rozenstruik (10-0 MMA, 4-0 UFC) made his UFC debut on Feb. 2 in Fortaleza, Brazil, when he stepped in on short notice to take on Junior Albini.
