UFC on ESPN 53 left the MMA world in shock after a disqualification ruling due to biting in one of the fights. Igor Severino was disqualified for biting Andre Lima on the arm during their flyweight fight on the prelims at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. It was a bizarre scene that got Lima his first UFC win, but also got Severino his walking papers from the promotion. The incident caused plenty of interesting reactions in the MMA world.
