UFC fighter Charlie Ontiveros is the latest to be suspended by the Nevada Athletic Commission. At the commission’s monthly conference call meeting held Tuesday, Ontiveros (11-7 MMA, 0-1 UFC) was handed a six-month suspension and fined $2,245.36 ($1,800 + $445.36 in legal fees) for a failed drug test stemming from an Oct. 31 loss to Kevin Holland. Ontiveros, 29, failed a urinalysis test when his results showed the presence of DHCMT M3 metabolites.
