After Geoff Neal withdrew from the Aug. 19 event due to a medical issue , Magny (28-10 MMA, 21-9 UFC) has agreed to step in on short notice and fight the undefeated Garry (12-0 MMA, 5-0 UFC) in a welterweight bout at TD Garden in Boston
