When lightweight Al Iaquinta’s (13-3-1 MMA, 8-2 UFC) participation at UFC 218 was cast into doubt, Felder (14-3 MMA, 6-3 UFC) didn’t hear about it again until the promotion locked down Charles Oliveira (22-7 MMA, 10-7 UFC) as a replacement. The manager, Brian Butler of SuckerPunch Entertainment, had kept the news from Felder for five days, and for good reason.
