The pre-trial hearing for accused child molester and alleged Cain Velasquez shooting target Harry Goularte has been granted a continuance. At a hearing Tuesday at the Santa Clara County Hall of Justice in San Jose, Judge Cynthia A. Sevely approved a request by the district attorney’s office and representative Robert Philbrook to continue the matter until Nov. 14 in order for a longer allowance of discussion time. Goularte faces one felony count of lewd acts with a minor under the age of 14. The alleged victim is Velasquez’s 4-year-old son, Cain Jr
