Fresh off of signing undefeated mixed martial artist and 18-time world boxing champion Holly Holm earlier this week, the UFC turns its attention to inking a deal with former Strikeforce champion Gina Carano . According to ESPN’s Brett Okamoto, UFC president Dana White and UFC CEO Lorenzo Fertita will meet with Carano next week in Los Angeles to work out contract details. “One down, one to go,” White told ESPN .
