Robert Whittaker still wants to fight Marvin Vettori . Whittaker (23-6 MMA, 14-4 UFC) withdrew from his UFC 275 matchup with Vettori (18-5-1 MMA, 8-3-1 UFC) on June 11 in Singapore, and while he didn’t disclose his injury, he said he did everything he could to make the fight. “I don’t want to get into it too much, because I don’t want to highlight my injury, but it was something that I took. … So I had a niggling injury leading into the camp,” Whittaker told Submission Radio . “And I didn’t have the fight signed then, so I was cool with it just healing and everything.
